Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Krypton Digital LLC ("Analytix66", "we", "us", or "our"), 2952 Big Spring Ranch Rd, Delta, CO 81416, USA, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It covers https://analytix66.com, our dashboard, API, AI Studio, website builder, business tools, blog, online store, and the tracking pixel our customers install on their websites (together, the "Service").
1. Who is responsible for your data
- Account holders, buyers, and visitors to analytix66.com: we are the "controller" and this policy applies in full.
- Visitors to our customers' websites, forms, and pages: the customer is the controller and we are a "processor" acting on their instructions. Please read that website's privacy policy and contact its owner first; we will help them respond.
2. Information we collect from you
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed), company name, team members you invite, and social-login identifiers if you sign in that way.
- Billing and orders: plan, credit balance, orders, license keys, billing address, and tax details. Card and crypto payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers or wallet private keys; we may receive card type, last four digits, expiry date, payment status, and, for USDC payments, the transaction reference.
- Content you create: websites you build, blog posts, forms, links, bio pages, AI Studio prompts and generated images, video, and text, and AI provider keys you add (stored encrypted).
- Website settings: websites you add, goals, funnels, and other configuration.
- Support: messages sent through our contact page or email, and your email preferences.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser, device, dashboard pages viewed, login times, and logs, used to run and secure the Service.
3. Information collected through the tracking pixel
The pixel is designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on features the customer enables, it may collect:
- Visit data: pages viewed, referrer, time on page, entry and exit pages, and campaign (UTM) tags.
- Device and location: browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and approximate country and city. Location is looked up from the IP address using a locally hosted IP-geolocation database (IP Geolocation by DB-IP, CC BY 4.0); the IP address is not sent to any outside lookup service. Visitors are counted with a salted, rotating hash, and raw IP addresses are not stored with analytics records.
- Interactions: clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement for heatmaps, plus goals, funnels, and custom events.
- Session replays: if enabled, a recording of page changes and interactions. Form inputs are masked by default.
- Form submissions collected through our forms tool, as designed by the customer.
We do not use this data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not combine it across customers to profile individuals.
4. How we use information
- To provide and manage accounts, analytics, AI features, the website builder, business tools, and store downloads and licenses.
- To process payments, subscriptions, credits, renewals, and refunds.
- To send service emails (receipts, security alerts, weekly recaps you turn on, important changes) and, with consent or where allowed, product news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To provide support, keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
- To improve the Service, using aggregated data where possible.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
When you use AI features, your prompts and the relevant data (for example analytics summaries you ask about) are sent to the AI provider that powers that feature, or to your own provider if you added a key, only to produce your result. We do not allow our AI providers to use your data to train their models where we can control that setting.
5. Legal bases (EU, UK, and similar laws)
- Contract: to provide the Service, billing, downloads, and support.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service messages, and improvement, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: optional marketing and non-essential cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and other required records.
For data collected on customers' websites, the customer chooses and documents the legal basis, including consent where required.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help run the Service, under contracts requiring them to protect it:
- Hosting and email provider: servers, databases, and email delivery.
- Stripe: card and USDC payment processing, subscriptions, and fraud prevention.
- AI providers: to generate AI results you request.
- Social login providers you choose to sign in with.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (the new owner must honor this policy). We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
7. How long we keep data
- Analytics data: for the retention period of the customer's plan and settings, then deleted. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Session replays and heatmaps: for the plan's replay retention period, then deleted.
- Account data and content: while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after closure, except what we must keep for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons.
- Orders and licenses: kept so we can verify licenses and provide updates, and as tax law requires.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, typically 7 years.
- Logs and backups: deleted on a rolling basis, usually within 90 days.
8. Cookies and the tracking pixel
On analytix66.com and the dashboard we use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember settings (such as light or dark mode), and protect against fraud and cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional cookies, we will ask for consent where required.
The tracking pixel may use first-party browser storage to tell visits and sessions apart and to support replays. It uses no third-party advertising cookies. Customers must disclose this and obtain consent where the law (such as the ePrivacy Directive or PECR) requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features may not work without essential cookies.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on adequacy decisions or legal safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.
10. Your privacy rights
EU, UK, and similar (GDPR): you may access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data; restrict or object to processing, including direct marketing; withdraw consent; and complain to your data protection authority.
California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar): you may know what we collect, use, and disclose and get a copy; ask us to delete or correct it; opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither); limit use of sensitive information (we do not use it for purposes that require this); and not be treated differently for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires.
How to make a request: use our contact page or email support@analytix66.com. You can also export or delete data and close your account from your dashboard. We may verify your identity and will respond within the legal deadline (usually 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA). If your data was collected on a customer's website, we will forward your request to that customer.
11. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, encrypted API keys, access controls, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and authorities as the law requires.
12. Children
The Service is not for children. You must be 18 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 where local law requires). Contact us and we will delete such data. Customers must not use the Service on child-directed sites without legally required consent.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
14. Contact us
Use our contact page, email support@analytix66.com, or write to Krypton Digital LLC, 2952 Big Spring Ranch Rd, Delta, CO 81416, USA. We have not appointed an EU or UK representative; individuals there can contact us at the email above.
