Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Krypton Digital LLC ("Analytix66", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 2952 Big Spring Ranch Rd, Delta, CO 81416, USA, collects, uses, and protects personal information. It covers our website at https://analytix66.com, our dashboard and API, and the tracking script our customers install on their websites (together, the "Service").

1. Who is responsible for your data

Our role depends on whose data it is:

  • Account holders and website visitors to analytix66.com: We are the "controller." We decide how and why this data is used, and this policy applies in full.
  • Visitors to our customers' websites: When a customer installs the Analytix66 script on their site, that customer is the controller and we are a "processor" acting on their instructions. If you visited a website that uses Analytix66, please read that website's privacy policy and contact its owner first to exercise your rights. We will help our customers respond.

2. Information we collect from account holders

  • Account details: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), company name, and team members you invite.
  • Billing details: plan, billing history, billing address, and tax information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number; we may receive the card type, last four digits, and expiry date.
  • Website settings: the websites you add, custom domains, goals, and other settings.
  • Support and communications: messages you send us through the contact form or email, and your email preferences.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed in the dashboard, login times, and log data, used to run and secure the Service.

3. Information collected from visitors to our customers' websites

The Analytix66 script is designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on the features a customer turns on, it may collect:

  • Visit data: pages viewed, referring website, time on page, entry and exit pages, and UTM campaign tags.
  • Device and location data: browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and approximate location (country and city) derived from the IP address. The Service can process the IP addresses of visitors to our customers' websites, mainly to derive approximate location and to help detect abuse. Customers control how the script is configured on their websites and may choose privacy-related settings available in their dashboard to limit the data collected. Customers are responsible for configuring the Service in line with the laws that apply to them.
  • Interaction data: clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement for heatmaps, and goals or custom events the customer sets up.
  • Session replays: if the customer enables them, a recording of page changes and interactions during a visit. Form inputs are masked by default, and customers must not capture sensitive information.

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not combine it across different customers' websites to build profiles of individuals.

4. How we use information

  • To create and manage accounts and provide the Service.
  • To process payments, trials, renewals, and refunds.
  • To provide analytics, replays, and heatmaps to our customers.
  • To send service emails, such as receipts, security alerts, trial reminders, and important changes.
  • To send product news and marketing emails, if you have agreed or the law allows it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
  • To understand how the Service is used and improve it, using aggregated data where possible.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, and to enforce our Terms.

5. Legal bases (EU, UK, and similar laws)

When we act as controller, we rely on these legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for, including billing and support.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the Service, prevent fraud, and send service-related messages. We balance these interests against your rights.
  • Consent: for optional marketing emails and any non-essential cookies on our own website. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: to keep records required by tax, accounting, and other laws.

For data collected through the script on customers' websites, the customer is responsible for choosing and documenting the legal basis, including getting consent where required.

6. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our instructions:

  • Hostinger: website and database hosting.
  • Stripe: payment processing, subscription billing, and fraud prevention.
  • Hostinger (Hostinger email): email hosting and delivery for account, service, and support emails.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the new owner to honor this policy. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law.

7. How long we keep data

  • Analytics data from customers' websites: kept for the data retention period set by the customer's plan and settings, then deleted. Customers can delete data sooner from their dashboard. If a customer deletes their account, their analytics data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Session replays and heatmaps: kept for the replay retention period of the customer's plan, then deleted.
  • Account data: kept while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except what we need to keep for legal, billing, security, or dispute purposes.
  • Billing records: kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, typically 7 years.
  • Server logs and backups: deleted on a rolling basis, usually within 90 days.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

On analytix66.com

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and protect against fraud. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent where required.

In the tracking script

The Analytix66 script may use a first-party cookie or browser storage to tell visits and sessions apart and to support session replays. It does not use third-party advertising cookies. The exact data stored depends on the features and settings the customer chooses for their website. Customers are responsible for disclosing this on their websites and getting consent where the law requires it, such as under the ePrivacy Directive or PECR.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Service may not work without essential cookies.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other countries where our hosting provider operates data centers. Those countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use safeguards recognized by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK Addendum, or rely on an adequacy decision.

10. Your privacy rights

Rights in the EU, UK, and similar places (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your data.
  • Restrict or object to how we use your data, including for direct marketing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority.

Rights in California and other US states (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)

If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and get a copy.
  • Ask us to delete or correct your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
  • Not be treated differently for using your rights.

You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We honor Global Privacy Control signals on our own website as an opt-out request where the law requires it.

How to make a request

Contact us at support@analytix66.com or through https://analytix66.com/contact. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within the time the law requires, usually 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA. If your data was collected on a customer's website, we will send your request to that customer or ask you to contact them directly, because they control that data.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

12. Children

The Service is not meant for children. You must be at least 18 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Customers must not use the Service on websites aimed at children without the consent the law requires.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
