Questions, answered
Do I need my own AI API key?
Yes. Prismora works with xAI (Grok Imagine), OpenAI Images and Stability AI. You add your key in the admin panel and the provider bills you directly for what your users create. A demo mode lets you try every tool without any key.
Will it run on shared hosting?
Yes. It is plain PHP 8.1+ with no Composer or npm dependencies. It runs on Hostinger, cPanel hosts, any VPS, Apache, LiteSpeed or nginx, with MySQL, MariaDB or SQLite.
Which license do I need?
Pick Regular for one installation where end users are never charged (your own tool, a portfolio, or a free site for one client; SaaS mode only with free plans). Pick Extended if your users pay you for credits or subscriptions, in other words a paid SaaS. Pick Reseller if you want to rebrand and sell or hand the script itself to your own clients.
How do I get the files?
Right after payment you land on your download page with your license key and a download button. We also email you the link. The link works for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads; email us any time for a fresh one.
Do I get updates and support?
Yes: free updates for all 1.x versions and 6 months of email support at support@analytix66.com. Include your license key when you write.
Can I rebrand it?
Yes. Change the name, logo, colours, legal pages and all text from the admin panel. There are no third-party credits shown to your users.
Is this the same as the AI Studio in my Analytix66 account?
No. AI Studio is part of your Analytix66 plan. Prismora is a separate, self-hosted script you install on your own server and sell to your own customers.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If Prismora does not install or work as described on a server that meets the requirements and we cannot fix it, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

Prismora is a digital download. If it does not install or work as described on a server that meets the requirements above, and we cannot fix it, email support@analytix66.com within 14 days of purchase with your license key and we will refund you in full. A refund cancels the license. Change-of-mind refunds after download are not offered.
